Keep the best shot. Lose the other eleven.
Rolltidy finds the bursts, near-duplicates, blurry shots and old screenshots in your camera roll. Claude picks the keeper from each group and tells you why, so you can clear thousands of photos in minutes without second-guessing.

What Rolltidy clears out
- Bursts and near-duplicates
- Twelve shots of the same sunset become one: the sharpest, with eyes open and the horizon level.
- Screenshots that have done their job
- Boarding passes for past flights, login codes, delivery updates and directions you followed years ago.
- Shots that didn't come out
- Motion blur, pocket photos, a finger over the lens, and accidental two-second videos.
- Things worth keeping safe
- Receipts, documents and Wi-Fi passwords are flagged so they go into an album instead of the bin.
How it works
-
Rolltidy groups your roll
On your iPhone, it finds photos taken moments apart that look alike, plus screenshots, blurry shots and short accidental videos. This step never leaves your phone.
-
Claude picks the keeper
For each group you open, small previews go to Claude, Anthropic's AI model. It compares them the way a friend with a good eye would and writes one line on why each photo should stay or go.
-
You swipe to confirm
Agree with a tap, or change any call. Removed photos go to Recently Deleted, where iOS keeps them for 30 days.
Your photos are yours
Choosing between six sunset shots needs a look at them. Choosing anything else doesn't. Here's exactly what Rolltidy shares.
Sent to Claude, only for groups you open
- Small, low-resolution previews of the photos in that group
- When each photo was taken, to tell bursts apart
Anthropic doesn't use data sent through its API to train its models. Rolltidy doesn't keep copies on any server.
Stays on your iPhone
- Full-resolution originals
- Location data and other photo metadata
- Your Hidden album, and any album you exclude
- Grouping, blur detection and duplicate finding
Questions
Will it delete anything on its own?
No. Rolltidy only suggests. You confirm every group, and removed photos go to Recently Deleted for 30 days, so you can recover them.
Does Claude see my photos?
Only small previews of the groups you choose to review, so it can compare them. Originals, locations and your Hidden album never leave your phone, and you can exclude any album.
Does it work with iCloud Photos?
Yes. Rolltidy works through Apple's Photos library, so anything you remove is removed on your other devices too, just like deleting in the Photos app.
Which iPhones will it support?
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
How much will it cost?
It's free during early access. We'll announce pricing before launch, and people on the waitlist will hear first.
